基于云平台的电能表可靠性预计系统设计与实现

摘要:电能表可靠性预计作为衡量电能表产品的重要指标,对于定量评价电能表设计方案,保证产品安全稳定运行具有非常重要的意义。本文采用应力分析法,结合GJB/Z 299C-2006预计手册和IEC 62059标准,设计开发了一种基于云平台的电能表可靠性预计系统。根据元器件的失效率模型,快速准确地计算出元器件、模块以及整表的失效率,缩短了电能表可靠性预计所需时间,提高了电能表可靠性水平。系统提供个性化服务,可发现电能表设计方案的潜在问题,指导电能表的方案设计。

Abstract:: The watt-hour meter reliability prediction, Asas an important indicator of measuring the products of watt-hour meters, products Watt-hour meter reliability prediction guarantees the safe and stable operation of the product, whichand has very important significance for design scheme of quantitative evaluation of watt-hour meter. Combining with the GJB/Z 299C-2006 expecting manual and IEC 62059 standard, In this paper, a reliability prediction system of watt-hour meter based on Cloud Platform platformbased on reliability prediction of watt-hour meter was designed by through combining stress analysis of components and combining with the GJB/Z 299C-2006 expecting manual and IEC 62059 standard, which is used to analysis reliability. . Both the failure rate of each component, each unit module and the whole watt-hour meter could be calculated quickly and accurately in accordance to the failure rate model of component on the platform. It can greatly shorten the time of Wattwatt-hour meter reliability prediction and improve the reliability level of watt-hour meter. The platform provides personalized service so that the potential problems were could be found during the designing phase, even to guide the design of watt-hour meter.
