Effect of gypsum is mainly reflected in the delay of lime digestion and slurry thickening rate. The main chemical components of gypsum is CaSO4. At present, the market has three kinds: gypsum gypsum, anhydrite and gypsum. In addition, in the process of chemical production also produce waste gypsum. Such as the production of phosphate fertilizer production from phosphogypsum, fluorine chemicals from fluorogypsum, titanium dioxide production from titanium gypsum etc..
