可编程控制器PLC

摘要：可编程序控制器(PLC)原来简称为PC，后来为了和个人计算机（Personalcomputer,PC）区分开而被重新定义为ProgrammablelogicController，即PLC，因而这并不意味着它的功能仅包含可编程逻辑（Programmablelogic）信号的控制。它是针对特定的工业应用环境而进行设计的，具有简单便捷的特点，可被应用于具有编程语言条件的相关工业场景中的控制设备上。关于可编程控制器的基本组成：PLC主要由输入/输出接口(I/O，它又由扩展接口、外部设备接口、输出接口、输入接口等部分组成)、存储器、中央处理器、电源模块、外部设备编程器等部分所构成。上述各个单元经过数据、地址、控制及电源等各类构件得以相互连接，参照实际的控制目标来给予合适的控制装置及设备以相关配置，从而构成可编程序控制器系统。

Abstract:Theprogrammablelogiccontroller(PLC)wasoriginallyreferredtoasPC.LateritwasredefinedasaProgrammablelogiccontroller(PLC)inordertodistinguishitfromapersonalcomputer(PC).Therefore,thisdoesnotmeanthatitsfunctiononlyincludesControloftheProgrammableLogicsignal.Designedforspecificindustrialapplications,itissimpleandconvenientandcanbeappliedtocontroldevicesinrelatedindustrialscenarioswithprogramminglanguageconditions.

Aboutthebasiccomponentsoftheprogrammablecontroller:PLCismainlycomposedofinput/outputinterface(I/O,whichiscomposedofexpansioninterface,externaldeviceinterface,outputinterface,inputinterface,etc.),memory,centralprocessingunit,powersupplymodule,Itiscomposedofanexternaldeviceprogrammerandthelike.Eachoftheaboveunitsisconnectedtoeachotherthroughvariouscomponentssuchasdata,address,control,andpowersupply,andtheappropriatecontroldevicesanddevicesareconfiguredinaccordancewithactualcontroltargetstoformaprogrammablecontrollersystem.
