有机化学混合式教学模式探索与实践

摘要：课程思政是近几年高等教育理论研究和教学实践的热点。有机化学是食品科学、食品营养与检测教育、生物工程、

化学工程与工艺专业的必修基础课，是课程思政教育融入专业教学的重要领域。文章根据有机化学课程的特点，从教学

内容中挖掘思政元素，将思政元素融入到线上、线下的混合教学中，实现思政育人的教学目标。

Abstract:Ideologicalandpoliticaleducationincourseshasbeenahottopicintheoreticalresearchandteachingpracticeofhigher

educationinrecentyears.Organicchemistryisacompulsorybasiccourseformajorsinfoodscience,foodnutritionandtesting

education,biologicalengineering,chemicalengineeringandtechnology,anditisanimportantareaforintegratingideologicaland

politicaleducationintoprofessionalteaching.Basedonthecharacteristicsoftheorganicchemistrycourse,thispaperexcavates

ideologicalandpoliticalelementsfromtheteachingcontentandintegratesthemintotheblendedonlineandofflineteaching,

therebyachievingtheteachinggoalofideologicalandpoliticaleducation.
