工作内容：
、提前10分钟着装打卡上班：

4、保持良好的精神面貌，维护小区整体形象：
5、负责小区内安全保障和服务工作：
）有效引导进入小区内车辆按规划区域停放：
2）保证来往车辆的行驶安全，做好交通指挥蔬导工作，防止塞车或其他事：
3）不间断巡视小区内围，发现异常状况即使处理或汇报上级
4）随时注意并制止有小区环境卫生、绿化及安全的事件但需做到有礼有节不得和业主争吵或打架斗殴：
5）配合停车场安全员做好车辆引领工作：
6）负责进入车辆开票和收费工作
6、发生突发事件时能迅速到位，并按照突发事件预案进行处理：
