花生收获机设计 摘 要:花生是世界上主要的油料作物之一,很久以来,花生的栽种、收获和加工主要由人工完成。国内的花生收获机发展缓慢,花生收获的机械化水平不高严重地影响花生生产的发展。针对国内小面积种植、个体收获的农村,需要设计一台集挖掘、抖土和铺放功能于一体的简易花生收获机械来提高花生收获效率。本课题设计的小型花生收获机是配在微型拖拉机上,可实现挖掘、抖土、铺放等功能。花生收获机设计的内容包括挖掘铲、振动筛等主要部件,还相应设计了机架和传动装置。花生收获机在作业时,铲子和花生相向运动,掘起花生和泥土,振动筛连续的抖动,分离混合在一起的泥土和花生。花生继续向后面移动,最后均匀的铺设在地面,等待人工收集。该花生收获机生产成本低、操作简便、可靠,能够满足设计要求,满足生产实际的需要。 关键词:花生收获机;振动筛;挖掘铲 Design of Peanut Harvester Abstract: The peanut is one of the main oil plants in the world. For a long time, the planting, harvesting and processing of peanut were mostly completed by manual work. The development of peanut harvester in China is late, the mechanization level of peanut harvesting affected the development of the peanut production seriously. In order to prove the efficiency of peanut harvesting, we need to design a effective and simple peanut harvester, which a machine that can dig, shake off the soil and lay the peanut stalk at the same time for the countryside where the scale of peanut planting is small. The harvester designed in this subject matches with small tractors, it needs to realize the functions of digging, shaking, laying and so on. The design content of peanut harvester is the designing of the major parts of the machine, such as digging shovel, shaking screen, so as the gearing and frame parts. The working process is: the digging shovel digging the peanut out and moving the peanut backward, the screen shaking and then breaking the admixture of soil and peanuts. The peanut is moving rearward continuously, finally even laying on the excavated ground, so it is convenient for the manual collection. The machine has a low cost of production and it is easy and reliable to operate, it has met the design requirement and the actual need of production.
