【摘要】目的：观察早期肠内营养耐受性分级护理在ICU脓毒血症患者中的应用效果。方法：选取2022年1月—2023年12月60例脓毒血症患者进行研究，将其分为观察组和对照组，每组30例，对照组使用常规肠内营养护理，观察组在对照组基础上使用早期肠内营养耐受性分级护理，比较两组热卡达标率、喂养不耐受率、血清白蛋白水平、血清前白蛋白水平和APACHEⅡ评分。结果：护理后，观察组患者热卡达标率、喂养不耐受率、血清白蛋白水平、血清前白蛋白水平和APACHEⅡ评分均优于对照组（P0.05）。结论：将早期肠内营养耐受性分级护理措施应用在ICU脓毒血症患者的治疗当中，可以改善患者热卡达标率、ALB和PA水平，有效缓解喂养不耐受情况，减少APACHEⅡ评分，使患者的机体功能得到有效改善和提升，为患者生活质量提高提供可靠支持。

【Abstract】Objective：ToobservetheapplicationeffectofearlyenteralnutritiontolerancegradingnursinginICUsepsispatients.Methods：SixtypatientswithsepsisfromJanuary2022toDecember2023wereselectedforthestudy，andtheyweredividedintotheobservationgroupandthecontrolgroup，with30casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupreceivedroutineenteralnutritioncare，whiletheobservationgroupreceivedearlyenteralnutritiontolerancegradingcareonthebasisofthecontrolgroup.Thecaloriecompliancerate，feedingintolerancerate，serumalbuminlevel，serumprealbuminlevelandAPACHEIIscorewerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.Results：Afternursing，thecaloriecompliancerate，feedingintolerancerate，serumalbuminlevel，serumprealbuminlevelandAPACHEIIscoreoftheobservationgroupwerebetterthanthoseofthecontrolgroup（P0.05）.Conclusion：TheapplicationofearlyenteralnutritiontolerancegradingnursingmeasuresinthetreatmentofICUsepsispatientscanimprovethepatient’scaloriecompliancerate，ALBandPAlevels，effectivelyalleviatefeedingintolerance，reduceAPACHEIIscores，effectivelyimproveandenhancethepatient’sbodyfunction，andprovidereliablesupportforimprovingthepatient’squalityoflife.
