摘要

实施红色旅游产业的发展是在革命老区打赢脱贫攻坚战的过程中，逐步实现乡村振兴战略的一项重要举

措。多年来，河北省平山县西柏坡镇依托西柏坡纪念馆、中共中央旧址等红色旅游经典景区，深入挖掘

红色文化内涵，讲好西柏坡红色故事，积极开展红色旅游服务，走出一条红色旅游的脱贫路、致富路、

振兴路。基于此，论文以西柏坡镇红色旅游发展的现状为基础，对西柏坡红色旅游助力乡村振兴的模式

现状进行分析，揭示存在的主要问题，进而提出创新发展的有效策略。
