摘要
供水是一个关系国计民生的重要产业。随着社会的进展和人民生活水平的提
高,对城市供水提出了更高的要求,要满足准时、准确、安全保证充分供水,假
设仍旧沿用人工方式,劳动强度大,工作效率低,安全性难以保障,为此必需进
展水塔水位掌握自动化系统的改造。可编程掌握器(PLC)因其高牢靠性和较高
的性价比在工业掌握中得到广泛的应用。本文针对目前比较流行的掌握技术,利
用PLC和传感器构成了水塔水位恒的掌握系统。改造后的水塔水位自控系统,实
现水塔水位自动掌握系统,远程监控,实现无人值守。

Abstract
Watersupplyisamajorindustryinvolvingtheinterestsofthestateandthe
people.Withdevelopmentofsocietyandtheimprovementofthepeople”s
livelihood,citywatersupplyhasbeenbroughtforwardahigherrequest.Itneededto
betimely,accurateandsafelytoplentifullyconductwatersupply.Ifwestillcontinue
touseawayoftheman-power,theintensityoflaborarehigh,availabilityislow
andthesecurityisdifficulttoensure.Wemustcarryoutwatertowerwaterlevel
underthecontrolofautomaticsystemreformingforthispurpose.Programmable
LogicController(PLC)isappliedbroadlyinindustrialcontrolbecauseofhigh
reliabilityandhighernatureprice.Themainbodyofthispaperonthecontrol
technologyisaimedatbeingpopularforatpresentcomparatively,whichmakesthe
usingofPLCandthesensortocomposewatertowercontrolsystemof
permanentwaterlevel.Watertowercontrolsystemafterbeingreformedhave
realizedwatertowerwaterlevelauto-controllingsystem,long-rangesupervisory
control,andnobody”svalueguardsrealization.
