摘 要
本文主要阐述了三级圆柱齿轮减速器的一般设计和优化设计过程,通过对比可知优化设计的优点。优化设计在现代机械化大生产过程中显现出优越性、经济性,解放设计人员的劳动重复性,给予设计人员新的设计思路和设计理念,使之在设计过程中更多地进行创造性劳动,减少其重复性劳动。
三级圆柱齿轮减速器的优化设计主要是在满足其各零件的强度和刚度的条件下对其各项设计参数进行优化,以使目标函数取到最优值。
本文主要介绍了三级圆柱齿轮减速器的优化设计过程,建立其数学模型,目标函数,确定设计参数的约束条件,并基于C语言编写其通用的优化设计程序。优化设计程序的建立使得减速器的设计计算更为简单,只要设计人员在程序中输入各个设计参数约束条件及所选优化方法的各项参数就可以得到不仅满足要求而且高效紧凑的各种减速器的性能、结构尺寸。这对于三级圆柱齿轮减速器的系列化设计生产具有重大意义。

ABSTRACT
This article focuses on three cylindrical gear reducer general design and optimization of the design process. The advantages of optimization can be seen by comparing between the two. Optimal design in modern mechanized production process showing superiority, economy, labor emancipation designers repeatability, giving designers new design ideas and design concepts, making the design process more creative work carried out to reduce the its repetitive work.
Three cylindrical gear reducer optimization designed primarily to meet their strength and stiffness of the parts under the conditions of its various design parameters to be optimized to get to the optimal value of the objective function.
This article introduces three cylindrical gear reducer optimal design process, the establishment of the mathematical model, the objective function to determine the design parameters of the constraints, and based on the C language design process to optimize its versatility. The establishment of optimal design program makes reducer design calculation is more simple, as long as the designers entered in the program and the various design parameters of the constraints of the optimization method selected parameters can be obtained not only meet the requirements of a variety of compact and efficient reducer performance, structure, size.
