大型液压弯管机设计 【摘要】 随着现代科技的高速发展，弯管技术已广泛应用于各个生产行业，特别是在该系统主要用于电力施工，公铁路建设，锅炉、桥梁、船舶、家俱，装潢等方面的管道铺设及修造。本次论文设计的大型液压弯管机，就是常见的一种弯管机。 现代的弯管机一般分气动控制，手动，机械传动，液压传动控制这么几种。而液压弯管机传动平稳，噪音小，结构紧凑，易于实现自动化而广为应用。而本设计为针对设备中U形弯管的特点。该液压系统采用了液控单向阀，蓄能器与电接点压力表组成的保压回路，进口节流调速回路以及电磁卸荷回路。因此实践证明，该弯管机液压系统设计合理，工作可靠，成本低；操作方便，易于维修。 关键词： 液压　弯管 夹紧缸 Abstract: With the rapid development of modern science and technology, bend pipe technology has been widely used in various production industry, especially in the system is mainly used for power construction, and railway construction, boiler, Bridges, ships, furniture, decoration, and other aspects of the pipeline and made repairs. The modern pipe bender general points pneumatic control, manual, mechanical transmission, hydraulic transmission control so several. And hydraulic pipe bender is stable, the noise is small, compact structure, easy to realize the automation and widely used. And the design for the equipment for the u-shaped tube bending characteristic. We design and make an hydraulic pipe bender. The hydraulic system USES a hydraulic controlled check valve, and accumulator and contact monometers is composed of the pressure loop, the import throttling control circuit and electromagnetic unloading loop. So the practice proved that this pipe bender hydraulic system design is reasonable, reliable, and the cost is low; Easy operation and easy to maintenance.
