摘要:针对自主设计研发的总功率为 9600kW 的 6 轴新型重载电力机车的突出问题 ,要解决在纵向牵引制动载荷增加的条件
下 ,车体挠度明显增大、工作应力大大增加 ,同时又要合理减重。为此 ,利用 ANSY有限元软件 ,针对新型重载电力机车的特
点 ,首先借鉴国内外车体结构技术标准和重载机车的实际运行状态研究确定了机车的载荷工况 ,并对车体结构的强度和刚
度进行了有限元分析;根据各种工况下应力的分布特点 ,并基于抗疲劳破坏的观点 ,分析了车体结构所存在的问题 ,并提出
了相应的改进方案。比较分析的结果表明 ,改进方案既保证了车体的刚度与强度 ,又收到了比较明显的减重效果 ,是一种比
较合理的改进结构。

ABSTRACT:One of the outstanding p roblem s for the new 6 axis heavy haul electric locomotive with total power of
9600kW , designed and developed by our country independently, is to solve the p roblem of the increase in deflection
and stress of carbody under the conditions that the braking load of longitudinal traction has increased significantly, while the weight reduction should be reasonable. Therefore, according to the characteristics of new heavy haul electric
locomotive, the strength and stiffness of carbody structure are analyzed by FE software of ANSYS based on the load cases determ ined by both the technical standards at home and the abroad and the actual running status of the heavy
haul locomotive. The existing p roblem s are analyzed and the imp roved scheme is put forward according to the distribu tion features of stresses in different loadcases and on the basis of the viewpoint of fatigue failure. The imp roved struc
