梧州学院 论文题目 浅析支付的商业模式 系 别 工商管理系 专 业 工商管理 班 级 学 号 学生姓名 乔竞阳 指导教师 完成时间 2011 年 3 月 梧州学院制 摘要 彼得·德鲁克说:“当前企业之间的竞争,不是产品之间的竞争,而是商业模式之间的竞争”。可见商业模式的重要作用。近年来,随着互联网及电子商务的发展,我国第三方支付平台迅速崛起。第三方支付交易额高速增长,市场前景广阔,同时第三者支付市场竞争激烈。支付宝作为我国最成功的第三方支付平台,曾荣获2008年最佳商业模式奖,所以支付宝的商业模式值得研究。 1999年后,国内外对商业模式的研究呈逐步上升趋势,但仍不成熟。本文将综合几个关于商业模式的有代表的性的观点,从价值主张、消费者目标群体、客户关系、核心能力、合作伙伴网络、成本结构等几个方面对支付宝的商业模式进行分析。同时,根据广泛收集的文献资料和数据资料进行定性分析与定量分析。 本文旨在通过对支付宝的商业模式进行系统分析,发现支付宝商业模式取得卓越成就的原因,以及存在的问题与风险,并找到可行的解决方案,从而探讨第三方支付平台支付宝的发展方向。 关键字:支付宝 商业模式 The Analysis of Alipay’s Business Model Abstract Peter Drucker said: The current competition among enterprises is not the competition between products, but competition between business models. So we can see the importance of the business model. In recent years, with the Internet and e-commerce development, the rapid rise of third-party payment is very fast in China. The growth volume of third-party payment is very fast, and the market prospect is broad , at the same time the third party pays market competition is intense. As the most successful third-party payment platform, Alipay has won the Best Business Model Award 2008. So Alipay business model is worth studying. From 1999, the research on the business model at home and abroad was gradually rising, but still not mature. This article focus on several representatives of views of business models, and analysis Alipay’s business model from the value proposition, consumer target groups, customer relationships, core competencies, partner network, cost structure, and several other aspects. At the same time, carries on the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis according to the widespread collections literature material and the data information.
