TiO2与ZnIn2S4的光催化性能研究 摘要:随着工业生产的迅速发展,染料废水排放已经严重威胁着人类的健康和生命,因此,染料废水处理就成了人们函待解决的问题。目前光催化氧化技术成为废物处理的方法中最有前景的一种,半导体纳米材料光催化剂对生物难以降解的有机物表现为较强的降解能力,可将环境有害物质降解为水和二氧化碳,因此受到广泛关注。本文介绍纳米材料光催化剂TiO2和ZnIn2S4及其在光学方面的应用,用生物膜板制备的纳米材料光催化剂TiO2和ZnIn2S4在800W氙灯照射下模仿自然光降解(亚甲基蓝、罗丹明B、甲基紫、苯酚、刚果红、乙基紫、碱性品红等)多种有机染料。实验表明,纳米材料光催化剂TiO2和ZnIn2S4能降解这些有机染料,但该两种催化剂对同一种染料降解效果有明显差异;同种催化剂对不同种染料的降解效果表现不同,也就是表现为不同的降解能力;不同模板制备的ZnIn2S4催化剂对相同浓度的同种染料表现为吸附效果和光催化效果有差异;两种催化剂相比,ZnIn2S4催化剂有更强的吸附性和光催化降解能力。 关键词:光催化 TiO2 ZnIn2S4 有机染料 Abstract: With the rapid development of industrial production, dye wastewater discharge is a serious threat to human health and life, therefore, the dye wastewater treatment has become the people need to be addressed. Photocatalytic oxidation technology become the most promising method of waste disposal as a semiconductor nanomaterials photocatalyst strong degradation of bio-organics difficult to degrade performance, environmentally harmful substances can be degraded into water and carbon dioxide, and therefore subject to extensive attention. This article describes the photocatalyst TiO2 and ZnIn2S4 of nanomaterials and their application in optical biofilm preparation of nanomaterials photocatalyst TiO2 and ZnIn2S4 800W xenon lamp irradiation to mimic natural light degradation (methylene blue, rhodamine B, methyl violet, phenol , Congo red, ethyl Violet, basic Fuchsin, etc.) a variety of organic dyes. Experiments showed that the photocatalyst TiO2 and ZnIn2S4 of nano-materials can degrade organic dyes, but the two catalysts with a dye degradation effects were significantly different; the same kind of catalyst performance degradation effects of different kinds of dyes, which is manifested as different degradation ability; different templates prepared ZnIn2S4 catalyst performance of the same concentration of dye adsorption effect and photocatalytic effects are different; compared to the two catalysts the catalyst ZnIn2S4 stronger adsorption and photocatalytic degradation ability.
