摘要
本安装设计方案中阐述了座环内外环,上下导流板的安装流程,以及座环主要部件的翻身及吊装,拼装后座环焊缝的焊接工艺,整个安装过程中,保证其座环的水平度至关重要.座环的水平精度高,才能使组装好的机组旋转轴线始终保持垂直状态

第一章 贯流式机组概述
本安装设计方案适用于由东方电机有限公司制造的水轮发电机组的机组座环的拼装、倒运、吊装、安装。
座环的部件包括:座环内环(2/2),座环上/下支柱,座环上支柱坑衬,座环外环(4/4),座环外环后段(4/4),上/下导流板,上游里衬(4/4),座环外部支撑(2个),座环下游支撑管,座环内部支撑等。工地需完成座环的拼(组)装、焊接、整体安装调整、焊缝检查,同时安装座环所需要的锚具、内外支撑。
