2012 届毕业设计说明书 某厂10KV变电所主接线及二次回路设计 系 、 部: 电气与信息工程 学生姓名: 指导教师: 职称 讲 师 专 业: 班 级: 完成时间: 摘 要 10kV变电所是电力配送的重要环节,也是电网建设的关键环节。变电所设计质量的好坏,直接关系到电力系统的安全、稳定和经济运行,为满足城镇负荷日益增长的需要,提高对用户供电的可靠性和电能质量。本论文主要是针对某企业10kV变电站的设计,概述了变电站设计的基本过程和方法。首先分析了供电系统;其次介绍了供配电所的主接线设计和主接线的选择,根据该厂的原始资料进行负荷计算和主变压器及其容量的选择,确定主变压器容量和型号;接着对10kV变电站做了短路电流计算和电器设备的选择,短路电流是为后面设备的选型提供了依据并根据短路电流可以进行设备的整定和校验;接着对配电所二次回路进行设计和主变压器保护设计和变电站的防雷保护等。 关键词:变压器;负荷计算;短路电流计算;继电保护;防雷设计 ABSTRACT 10kV substation is an important part of the power distribution is the key link in grid construction. Substation design quality is good or bad, is directly related to power system security, stability and economic operation, to meet the growing needs of urban capacity, improve reliability of supply to consumers and power quality. This study focuses on the design of an enterprise 10kV substation, an overview of the basic process of substation design and methods. First analysis of the power supply system; then introduces the main power supply wiring design and the choice of the main terminal, according to the Machinery Plant Load the raw data and the choice of main transformer and its capacity to identify and model the main.transformer capacity; then made on the 10kV substation electrical equipment short-circuit current calculation and the choice of short-circuit current is behind the selection of equipment to provide a basis for short-circuit current can be conducted in accordance with tuning and calibration of equipment; followed by the secondary circuit of the power distribution design and the main transformer substation lightning protection design and protection.
