Inthisdocument,youwillseethecircuitconstructionof a“voltagecontrolledoscillator”andhowdifferentkeyparametersaresimulatedwithHSPICERF.

VCO

Voltagecontrolledoscillator(VCO)iswidelyusedinwirelesscommunicationsystems,suchasfrequencysynthesizer.AhighperformanceVCOshouldbecarefullyconsideredfromalotofaspects.HSPICERFprovidespowerfultools,whichtakecareofeverycharacteristicsofVCOandmakecomplicateddesigneasytoimplement.
