摘 要
电动助力转向系统是一种新型的汽车转向系统,具有以往任何助力转向系统所不具备的助力效果和车速感应能力,其核心部件电控单元能根据车速和方向盘操控力矩的不同决定是否助力以及助力的大小。电动助力转向技术已日趋成熟,且有取代液压动力转向的趋势,它是一项紧扣当今汽车发展主题,符合未来汽车发展趋势的高新技术。
本文简单介绍EPS系统背景及发展现状,通过对电动助力系统的工作原理和特点、整体性能技术要求的分析,设计了转向系统阻力矩、电动机的各项参数和试验台各部件,并对电动助力转向试验台进行结构设计。

Automotive electric power steering system test bench
ABSTRACT
Electric power steering system is a new type of vehicle steering system, has the past does not have any power steering system of effect and speed sensor, electronic control unit (ECU) for the core components can depending on the speed and the steering wheel control moment deciding whether or not the size of the power and dynamical. Electric power steering technology is mature, and has a tendency to replace hydraulic power steering, it is a theme, stick to the current auto industry development in line with the future development trend of high and new technology.
This paper mainly introduces the background and current situation of the development of EPS system, based on the working principle and characteristics of electric power system, the overall performance, the analysis of the technical requirements, design the steering resistance moment, the parameters of the motor and each component of a test rig and structure design of electric power steering test rig.
The advantages of my design are as follows:
(1)Testing simple, structure compacted
(2)Easy to clamping and control
(3) Easy to be improved and updated.
