摘要
近年来,随着我国国民经济的快速发展,我国的机动车辆方面发展非常迅速,而道路建设因为各种原因发展比较缓慢,交通拥挤和堵塞现象经常出现。如何来运用当今发展迅速的计算机技术和控制技术,来高效的疏导交通,从而提高城镇路口交通的畅通,由此,减少交通事故已经成了一个热门的研究课题。
本文介绍的是一个基于PROTEUS的智能交通灯控制系统的设计与仿真,系统根据交通十字路口双车道车流量的情况控制交通信号灯按特定的规律变化。本文首先对智能交通灯的研究意义和智能交通灯的研究现状进行了分析,指出了现状交通灯存在的缺点,并提出了改进方法。智能交通灯控制系统通常要实现自动控制,在车流量多的时候和车流量少的时候能自动切换不同的模式,以便于不同情况的交通信号指示,本文还对STC89C51单片机的结构特点和重要引脚功能进行了介绍,同时对智能交通灯控制系统的设计进行了详细的分析。最后利用PROTEUS软件,通过其平台对交通灯控制系统进行了仿真,仿真结果表明系统工作性能良好。本模拟交通灯系统利用单片机AT89C51作为核心元件,实现了通过信号灯对路面状况的智能控制。从一定程度上解决了交通路口堵塞、车辆停车等待时间不合理、急车强通等问题。系统具有结构简单、可靠性高、成本低、实时性好、安装维护方便等优点,有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract
In recent years, with the rapid development of Chinas national economy, the rapid development of Chinas motor vehicle, and the urban road construction due to various reasons such as history is relatively backward, traffic congestion and jams often occur. How to use the computer and automatic control technology, effectively ease traffic, improve the urbantraffic intersection traffic capacity, reduce traffic accidents is a topic worthy of study.
This paper is based on the design and Simulation of intelligent traffic light control system of PROTEUS, the system according to the traffic crossing two lane traffic control traffic lightsaccording to the variation of the specific.
