精品论文 参考文献 糖尿病健康教育在内分泌科护理中的应用 李杨 李杨（商丘市第一人民医院内分泌科 河南商丘 476100) 　　摘要：目的：分析糖尿病健康教育在内分泌科护理中的应用价值。方法：选取我院内分泌科收治的60例糖尿病住院患者为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，两组患者均给予常规护理，观察组患者在常规护理基础上加入糖尿病健康教育，比较两组患者血糖控制稳定率与健康知识掌握率。结果：两组患者血糖稳定率比较，有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；两组患者健康知识掌握率比较，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：糖尿病健康教育在内分泌科护理中具有较高的应用价值，值得在临床上推广。 　　关键词：糖尿病健康教育；内分泌科；护理 　　Application of diabetes health education in nursing in Department of Endocrinology 　　Li Yang (Department of endocrinology of Shangqiu First Peoples Hospital,Henan Shangqiu 476100) 　　Abstract: Objective: to analyze the value of application of diabetes healtheducation in nursing in Department of endocrinology. Conclusion: the application value of diabetes health education with higher in the Department of endocrinology in nursing, it is worth promoting in clinical practice. 　　Keywords: diabetes health education; Department of Endocrinology; nursing 　　糖尿病是内分泌科常见的一种临床疾病，多发于中老年人群，主要是由于人体内糖代谢紊乱引起的疾病，糖尿病视网膜病变与肾病是其严重并发症，发病率与死亡率较高，易造成患者多器官出现病变，需终身用药治疗，因此给予全面的护理干预，普及糖尿病相关健康知识，可有效提高治疗效果[1]。我院为分析糖尿病健康教育在内分泌科护理中的应用价值，选取收治的60例糖尿病患者为研究对象，相关报告如下： 　　1.资料与方法 　　1.1临床资料 　　选取我院内分泌科收治的糖尿病患者60例，将其随机分为观察组与对照组各30例，观察组男17例，女13例，最大年龄78岁，最小年龄49岁，平均（57.8plusmn;3.9）岁；对照组男18例，女12例，最大年龄81岁，最小年龄50岁，平均（56.7plusmn;4.1）岁。高中及高中以上文化患者39例，高中以下文化程度患者21例，所有患者均具有独立问卷作答的能力。两组患者年龄、性别等方面根据
