精品论文 参考文献 糖尿病健康大讲堂在健康教育中的效果 岳阳市一人民医院 湖南岳阳 414000 【摘 要】目的 探讨糖尿病健康大讲堂在健康教育中的效果。方法 选取2014年12月-2015年12月我院收治糖尿病住院患者100例，随机将其平均分为两组。对照组给予常规的治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上开设健康教育大讲堂，观察两组患者空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白等血糖指标水平。同时观察两组患者对糖尿病的相关知识了解程度。结果 两组患者经过相应的护理后，其血糖指标均得到了有效的改善，但是观察组的血糖指标改善情况明显优于对照组，两组护理后血糖指标对比，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组对糖尿病相关知识的了解明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 健康大讲堂教育的糖尿病健康教育有利于提高糖尿病患者的依从性、糖尿病知识知晓率和治疗有效性，并使护的教育能力及沟通水平得到锻炼。 【关键词】糖尿病；健康教育；健康大讲堂 [Abstract] Objective：diabetes health lecture in health education effect. Methods 100 cases of hospitalized patients with diabetes in our hospital from December December 2014 to were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given conventional treatment，observation group in the conventional treatment based on offering health education lecture，observation of two groups of patients with fasting and 2h after 2H plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin and other indexes of blood glucose levels. At the same time，two groups of patients were observed to understand the degree of diabetes related knowledge. Results two groups of patients after the corresponding nursing，the glycemic index have been improved，but the observation group，the blood glucose index improved significantly better than the control group，two groups of nursing after the blood glucose index comparison，the difference is statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）. The observation group was significantly better than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）. Conclusion health education lecture of health education for patients with diabetes have can improve diabetic patients compliance，diabetes knowledge awareness rate and treatment effectiveness，and the nurse education ability and communication skills training.
