精品论文 参考文献 糖尿病前期人群预防或延缓糖尿病发生中健康干预的临床效果 周俊 湖北省松滋市人民医院体检中心　湖北　松滋　４３４２００ 　　【摘要】　目的　探究糖尿病前期人群预防或延缓糖尿病发生中健康干预的临床效果.方法　采用回顾性分析的方法,将２０１３年元月~２０１５年５月期间在我院接受健康体检的１８００例糖尿病前期人群作为本次研究的主要对象,将这１８００例糖尿病前期人群在随机的基础上分别分为干预组与对照组,保持两组人群在人数上的一致,每组各为９００例.然后对对照组进行一般的健康知识教育与培养,对干预组的糖尿病前期人群则要在此基础上进行生活方式以及运动的干预与指导.然后,对干预组与对照组的糖尿病前期人群的临床效果进行观察,比较干预组与对照组的干预效果.结果　经过为期２个月的糖尿病前期人群预防及健康干预,两组糖尿病前期人群有着明显地区别.干预组糖尿病前期人群在血糖、血压体质量以及胆固醇含量方面都低于对照组(P＜０．０５),且干预组患者的生活习惯以及运动方式都有了显著的变化.干预组的糖尿病前期人群最终发展为糖尿病的有６５例,占７．２％,而对照组糖尿病前期人群中有３２４例都发展成为糖尿病,占３６％,干预组的临床效果明显优于对照组(P＜０．０５),有统计学意义.结论　对糖尿病前期人群实施健康干预与指导能够预防或延缓糖尿病的发生, 增强人们对糖尿病的认识与了解,改善人们的生活质量,可以在临床医学中得以广泛地推广应用. 【关键词】　:糖尿病;　前期人群;　健康干预;　运动方式;　临床效果【Abstract】Objective:Toexploretheclinicaleffectofhealthinterventioninthepreventionofdiabetesintheearlystageofdiabetesmellitus．Methods:aretroＧspectiveanalysismethod,willbeinJanuary２０１３to２０１５years５monthsinourhospitalaccepthealthexaminationof１８casesofpatientswithprediabetesasthemainobjectofthisstudy,the１８casesofpatientswithprediabetesonthebasisofrandomdividedintointerventiongroupandcontrolgroup,twogroupstokeepthenumberofcomments,eachgroupof９００cases．Thenthecontrolgroupofgeneralhealthknowledgeeducationandtraining,theinterventiongroupofdiabetesintheearlystageofthepeopleonthebasisoflifestyleandexerciseinterventionandguidance．Then,theinterventiongroupandthecontrolgroupofdiabeticpaＧtientswiththeclinicaleffectoftheobservation,theinterventiongroupandthecontrolgroup．Results:afteraperiodof２monthsofprediabetespopulationpreＧventionandhealthintervention,thetwogroupsofpeoplewithdiabeteshaveasignificantdifference．Theinterventiongroupwaslowerthanthecontrolgroup(P＜０．０５)intheearlystageofdiabetes,bloodpressure,bloodpressureandcholesterollevels,andthelifehabitsandexercisepatternsofthepatientsintheintervenＧtiongrouphadasignificantchange．Intheinterventiongroup,therewere６５casesofdiabetes,７．２％casesofdiabetes,and３２４patientsinthecontrolgroupdevelＧopeddiabetes,accountingfor３６％,theclinicaleffectoftheinterventiongroupwassignificantlybetterthanthecontrolgroup
