黑龙江省中药产业发展研究.docx

摘要

党的二十大报告指出“促进中医药传承创新发展”，中药产业是我国最重要的民族产业之一，在经济社会发展的全局中有着重要意义。黑龙江省是我国重要的“寒地龙药”生产基地，在全国中药产业中占据着举足轻重的地位。黑龙江省“十四五”中药产业发展规划指出，到2025年，将黑龙江省初步建成“中医药强省”，为黑龙江省中药产业发展指明方向。本文立足于黑龙江省中药产业的发展实际，基于比较优势理论、竞争优势理论和产业集群理论，运用文献分析法、比较分析法和归纳分析法等方法，针对黑龙江省中药资源种类数量较多、资源范围分布广泛、产业经济效益较大等特点，以及规模化种植程度不够、中药品牌知名度不高、专业人才支撑较弱和专项资金不足等问题，纵观中药产业发展的环境与存在的问题，提出黑龙江省中药产业进一步发展的对策措施为：促进中药产业规模化、提高“寒地龙药”品牌知名度和引进相关专业化人才等方面。

Abstract
