我国中小企业发展战略探讨 邓斌 （四川理工学院成都新华学院 05级经济信息管理系1班） 【摘要】：党的十五届四中全会 《关于国有企业改革和发展若干重大问题的决定》明确提出:要重视发挥各种所有制中小企业在活跃城乡经济、满足社会多方面需求、吸收劳动力就业、开发新产品、促进国民经济发展等方面的作用。在我国的企业改革中，继续贯彻“抓大放小”的方针，在发展大企业、大集团的同时，高度重视发展小企业，采取更加有效的政策措施，为各种所有制小企业特别是高新技术企业的成长创造必要的条件。要进一步放开搞活小企业。中小企业是社会主义市场经济结构中不可缺少的组成部分。在现实生活中中小企业表现出强大的生命力和发展后劲，但其发展也是十分艰辛。究其原因在于中小企业同质化现象严重，造成了企业的无个性。因此，中小企业要飞跃发展，必须实施差异化战略。【Abstract】Along with the development of world economy, the economic globalization has already become the trend that can’t converse. For China and speech, economic globalization just like in a “double blade sword ”,since provided unprecedented opportunity for us, also brought us a huge challenge.
