This paper first briefly introduces the basic principles and characteristics of strong field high harmonics and attosecond pulses, and then expounds the main problems still existing in this field, including signal intensity, phase difference, stability and so on. Next, several possible optimization methods are proposed, including improving the design of laser system, improving the performance of nonlinear medium, and controlling phase methods. Finally, this paper summarizes the main ideas and research significance of this study, as well as future research directions and prospects.
