ZnO/TiO2复合材料的制备及其性能研究 要 本实验以Ti(SO4)2、ZnSO4为原料,尿素为沉淀剂,十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)为表面活性剂,采用非均相沉淀法制备ZnO包覆TiO2的复合材料。通过五因素四水平的正交实验制备包覆粉体,以其作为催化剂对甲基橙(MO)进行了光催化降解实验,根据催化效果获得制备包覆材料的最佳条件:沉淀剂用量为120,包覆比为3:1,反应温度为90℃,煅烧温度为450℃,煅烧时间为1h。 实验表明:在最佳条件下制备包覆材料和纯的ZnO、TiO2粉体,其粒径分别为150nm、126nm、134nm。并用红外光谱分析仪、X-射线衍射仪对包覆粉体表征,其相关峰都与ZnO的接近可知形成的包覆较好。通过对MO紫外照射120min的降解实验知:氧化锌的光催化性能最好在ZnO的包覆后TiO2的降解率由73.5%提高到83%;并且甲基橙的浓度越小,降解效果越好。包覆产物在碱性(pH为10)条件下的光催化能力稍强;在pH为6.5,催化剂最佳用量为1g/L,光照180min的条件下光催化的降解率可达86.3%。 关键词:ZnO;TiO2;包覆;非均相沉淀;光催化 Research on Preparation and Properties of ZnO/TiO2 Composite Material Abstract In this experiment, with Ti (SO4) 2 and ZnSO4 for raw materials, urea as the precipitating agent and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) as surfactant, the ZnO coated TiO2 composite materials was synthesized by the method of heterogeneous precipitation. Through the orthogonal experiment with five factors and four levels, the best conditions to synthesize compound the material which have the strongest ability to catalyze orange (MO) were found out. The results of photocatalytic degradation experiments showed the optimal conditions were that the coated ratio of 3:1, the precipitant ratio of 1:20, the reaction temperature of 90℃ and calcined in 450℃ for 1 hour . We synthesized the coated material under the optimal conditions and use homogeneous precipitation method to prepare pure ZnO and TiO2. The particle sizes of them respectively were 150nm, 126nm, 134nm respectively. Through the characterization by Infrared spectrometer and X-ray diffractometer, the related peaks of the coated power were close to ZnO with no obvious peaks of TiO2 appeared which indicated the coated power was well done.
