毕 业 设 计 题目：喷墨打印纸对喷墨打印呈色性能影响的研究 学 生： 张倩倩 学 号： 201101030309 学 院： 轻工与能源学院 专 业： 印刷工程 指导教师： 梁巧萍 2015年6月12日  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I 喷墨打印纸对喷墨打印呈色性能影响的研究 摘 要 喷墨打印纸对喷墨打印呈色性能影响的研究主要是以数字印刷工艺原理、印刷色彩学、印刷品质量控制等相关理论为指导，参考胶印质量评价方法，设计出数字喷墨印刷测试版，测量得到需要的实验数据；根据喷墨印刷的工艺原理，对喷墨印刷质量评价基本参数实地密度、相对反差K 值和网点扩大等进行实验，分析承印材料对打印性能的影响。测试了不同喷墨打印纸的定量、白度、挺度、粗糙度、透气度和吸收性；在相同条件下打印喷墨打印纸，测量各印刷品的质量参数： 色密度、印刷网点扩大、印刷反差、色调误差，采用定量分析的方法得出白度较高，表面粗糙度较小的纸张更适合喷墨印刷，另外，通过对测得的实验数据进行分析对比，得出每个喷墨打印纸的呈色范围，以期能够在喷墨印刷生产中能够更好的掌握其印刷适性。 关键词：喷墨印刷，承印材料，印刷适性，色域  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT II Research on the Influence of Ink-jet Printing Color Performance on Ink-jet Paper Abstract Research inkjet paper for ink-jet printing coloring performance impact mainly digital printing process principles, printing color science, print quality control and other related theories, reference offset quality evaluation methods, the digital inkjet printing beta, the measured experimental data needs; based on the principle of inkjet printing technology, inkjet printing quality evaluation of the basic parameters of solid density, relative contrast K values and dot gain experiment, analyze the impact of printing materials for print properties. Tested quantitatively different inkjet paper whiteness, stiffness, roughness, air permeability and absorbency; printing inkjet printing paper under the same conditions, measuring the quality parameters of the print: the color density, printing dot gain, print contrast, hue error, the method of quantitative analysis of obtained high whiteness, surface roughness smaller paper is more suitable for ink jet printing, in addition, as measured by the experimental data were analyzed and compared results of each ink-jet printing coloring paper range, with a view to the production of inkjet printing to better grasp their printability.
