基于abaqus 的足部有限元分析研究

摘要:通过Engauge 软件从CT 图像上提取出成年男子足部轮廓数据,根据得到的数据运用Solidworks 建
立足部模型,然后利用有限元软件 Abaqus 进行应力分析。经过人体站立及承受碾压力时足部受力情况的
分析,结果表明:成年男子站立时最大应力及变形均在跖骨,应力为0.919MPa,变形为1.19mm;足部承受
100N 碾压力时,跖骨的最大应力为2.635MPa,碾压力为1000N 时,跖骨的最大应力已达到23.572MPa。最
终得到结论,人体足部受到碾压时,跖骨极易出现损伤。

Research on the Finite Element Analysis of Foot based on Abaqus

Abstract : Through the software Engauge extracting data of adult male’s foot contour from CT image. The foot
model has been built based on the extacting data with Solidworks. Then the stress conditions of human foot have
been conducted on analysis with finite element software Abaqus .Through the analysis when standing and under
rolling pressure. The results show that when adult male standing, the maximum stress and deformation is at the
metatarsal, and the stress is 0.919 MPa, the deformation is 1.19 mm;When human foot under rolling pressure of
100N, the maximum stress at the metatarsal is 2.635MPa, When human foot under rolling pressure of 1000N, the
maximum stress at the metatarsal is 23.572MPa.the Conclusions have been drawn :When human feet suffer
rolling, the metatarsal is easily injury.
