This study aims to explore the monitoring technology and evaluation method of aquatic organisms for the healthy ecosystem of the Lijiang River, providing technical support for the protection of the ecosystem. This study will conduct a comprehensive aquatic biota monitoring of the Lijiang River using sampling investigation, water quality analysis, biological survey, and biological marker analysis. Moreover, by evaluating the vegetation, water quality, and biodiversity of the ecosystem, we can draw the health status of the ecosystem and the grade of aquatic biodiversity using comprehensive evaluation methods. Finally, we will explore conservation strategies for key species in the ecosystem to maintain the healthy status of the Lijiang River ecosystem.
