严寒地区矩形顶管施工技术研究与应用

摘要：哈尔滨轨道交通地铁2号线某车站顶管施工在东北三省尚属于首次，通过该项目总结泥水平衡式顶管掘进机在高寒

地区施工的施工经验，为今后相似工程提供参考。通过热工计算对顶管冬季施工供暖系统进行了详细分析，并对顶进期间的各项

温控措施进行了详细描述，论证了矩形顶管在严寒地区施工的适应性。冬季施工问题一直以来是困扰东北地区基础建设的制约

因素，借该工程冬季施工成功的经验进行介绍，希望能够为我国东北地区工程经济发展提速作出贡献。

AbstractAbstract：：TheconstructionofpipejackingataStationofHarbinMetroLine2isthefirsttimeinthethreenortheasternprovinces.This

paperhopestosummarizetheconstructionexperienceofthemud-waterbalancedpipejackingroadheaderinthealpineareathroughthisproj‐

ect，andprovidereferenceforsimilarprojectsinthefuture.Inthispaper，theheatingsystemofpipejackingconstructioninwinterisana‐

lyzedindetailthroughthermalcalculation，andthetemperaturecontrolmeasuresduringthejackingaredescribedindetail，andtheadaptabil‐

ityofrectangularpipejackingconstructionincoldregionisdemonstrated.Winterconstructionhasalwaysbeenaconstraintfactortothein‐

frastructureconstructioninNortheastChina.Thispaperintroducesthesuccessfulexperienceofthewinterconstructionoftheproject，hoping

tomakecontributionstotheaccelerationoftheconstructionoftheprojectsinNortheastChina.
