焦点 、归因与对策
———基于上海市 中等职业学校2016年度质量报告的文本分析

摘要 ： 文章选取 56 所上海市中等职业学校发布的 2016 年度质量报告作为研 究对象进行文本
分析 ，对“主要 问题”的类别进行属类划分 ，发现上海各 中职校 关注的焦点 问题主要 集 中在 国际合
作 ，校企合作开展情况和效果 ，师资结构、水平三个方面；通过对焦点问题 的深入剖析 ，将其归因为
中职教 育国际化未跟上上海国际化大都市定位 ，企业缺乏合作动力，校企合作仍待 完全融合 ，师资
队伍结构 固化 ，双师型人才培养难度大；最后 ，提 出找寻合适的国际合作途径 ，探 究共赢的校企合作
模式，打造流通的优质教师团队等对策建议 ，以期为 中职校人才培养质量提升提供借鉴。
