碳纤维增强不饱和聚酯复合材料结构与性能的研究
摘要:
本文采用浓硝酸处理的碳纤维增强不饱和聚酯。测量了CF/UPR 复合材料的力学性能(拉伸强度、弯曲强度和冲击强度),分别研究了不同纤维用量和不同的纤维表面处理对复合材料力学性能的影响。并通过SEM分析了拉伸断面纤维与基体材料的纤维结构和断裂情况。
结果表明,拉伸强度、弯曲强度和冲击强度都随着碳纤维处理时间的增长而增长。拉伸强度在少量碳纤维加入的时候略有降低,而后随短纤维加入量的增加而增加。

Study on structure and performance of unsaturated polyester composite reinforced carbon fiber
Abstract:
In this article,the carbon fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester and the carbon fiber was treated by surface soakage with concentrated nitric acid. The mechanical performances (Tensile strength,Flexural strength and Impact strength ) of CF/UPR composite were measured.The effects of the contents of different fibers and the processing time of different fibers on the mechanical properties of CF/UPR composites. As well as the fracture surfaces of the composite, were studied by means of SEM.
Results show that Tensile strength,Flexural strength and Impact strength increased with increasing processing time of carbon fiber .Tensile strength of carbon depressed when a small amount of fiber to join.When the mass fraction of the fiber was higher than 3%,The mechanical performances increased with increasing carbon fiber .
