PLC高层民用恒压供水自动控制系统设计.doc

摘 要 随着我国城乡建设的迅速发展,水、电供应不足的矛盾越来越成为人们关注的问题。例如,人们日常生活中的用水量越来越大,一天中的用水量的波动也越来越大。以往的供水系统中,水泵的选取往往是按最大供水量来确定,而实际的用水量在不断变化。高峰用水时间较短,这样水泵在很长一段时间内有较大余量,不仅水泵效率低,供水压力不稳,而且造成大量电力、水资源的浪费;并且以往依靠手动操作控制泵的启动、停止,也已不能满足要求。 本文在分析和比较了国内外供水自动控制系统的发展现状和特点的基础上,结合我国中小城市供水厂的现状,设计了一套以变频调速技术为基础的恒压供水系统。该系统综合运用、变频调速技术,实现了恒压供水的参数整定自动控制,保证了维持在最佳运行状况。根据恒压供水的要求,采用PLC与变频调速技术对供水泵组进行控制,并在控制系统中引进了软硬件双重滤波技术和数字PID在线控制技术。介绍了系统的硬件构成、软件设计、工作原理、运行方式、参数整定等。 供水PLC;变频调速PID控制ABSTRACT Along with the rapid development of urban and rural construction, water and electricity supply shortage of contradictions become more and more attention. The system integratech uses the computer technology, VVVF technology and so on, realizing the parameters′ automatic setting of the Water Supply and ensuring the Water Supply system maintains the best operating condition at any time. According to the requirements of Water Supply, we have applied PLC and VVVF technology to control water pumping system, and brought in software and hardware technology and dual-line digital PID control technology in the controlling system.
