摘要
本设计是南京市某综合楼中央空调系统设计,该建筑地下一层,地上十二层。地下一层为车库。一楼为银行营业大厅和办公室,二楼为税务大厅和办公室,三至十一层为办公室和会议室,十二层是活动场所,包括多功能厅,健身房,桌球室。
在设计中所有空气都经过处理,其中包括新风冷负荷。设计中对办公室和小型会议室采用风机盘管加独立新风系统,对大厅,多功能厅及大会议室采用一次回风系统。建筑各层的新风都有相应独立的新风系统,室外新风经过空气处理机组处理到所需要的状态,然后通过新风管道送入各个空调房间,各空调房间主要采用和风机盘管共用双层栅栏侧送侧回的方式,系统不再设独立的回风系统,空调室内的回风直接进入风机盘管的回风口来进行处理。一次回风系统中室外新风与室内回风混合后,经过空气处理组处理到要求状态,通过散流器送入房间。该综合楼每层都有新风机房,在地下室设一个独立的制冷机房。系统采用冬夏两用两管制系统。在夏季,冷水机组制冷,冷冻水被送入空调房间的各个风机盘管及空气处理机组,以降低房间室内温度,冷水机组的出水温度7℃、回水温度12℃;冬季则利用换热器与锅炉95℃/70℃的热水换热,制得冬季用的空调热水,通过管道送入房间的风机盘管,出水温度60℃,回水温度45℃。冷却塔提供30℃/35℃的冷却水。

ABSTRACT
This design is a complex in Nanjing central air conditioning system design, the construction of underground layer, the ground. Underground for garage. For the banks business hall and the ground floor, lobby for the tax office with office, 3-11 layer for offices and meeting rooms, 10 second places, including multi-function hall, gymnasium, billiards.
In the design of all air are processed, including air cooling load. In the design of offices and small meeting rooms adopt fan-coil unit plus fresh air system of independent, multi-functional conference hall, and using a return air system. Construction of the air has a corresponding independent air system, outdoor air through the air handling units with the needed, and then through the air condition room air pipe into the air, all rooms adopt fan-coil unit and Shared double fence side sent back to the side, an independent system no longer the air conditioning system of indoor air fan-coil unit directly into the air inlet for processing.
