本科毕业论文 南京某综合办公楼中央空调系统设计 the central air conditioning system design of an office building in Nanjing 学院（部）： 土木建筑学院 专业班级： 建环07-1 学生姓名： 指导教师： 许登科讲师 年 月 日 综合办公楼中央空调设计 摘要 本设计是南京市某综合楼中央空调系统设计，该建筑地下一层，地上十二层。地下一层为车库。一楼为银行营业大厅和办公室，二楼为税务大厅和办公室，三至十一层为办公室和会议室，十二层是活动场所，包括多功能厅，健身房，桌球室。 在设计中所有空气都经过处理，其中包括新风冷负荷。设计中对办公室和小型会议室采用风机盘管加独立新风系统，对大厅，多功能厅及大会议室采用一次回风系统。建筑各层的新风都有相应独立的新风系统，室外新风经过空气处理机组处理到所需要的状态，然后通过新风管道送入各个空调房间，各空调房间主要采用和风机盘管共用双层栅栏侧送侧回的方式，系统不再设独立的回风系统，空调室内的回风直接进入风机盘管的回风口来进行处理。一次回风系统中室外新风与室内回风混合后，经过空气处理组处理到要求状态，通过散流器送入房间。该综合楼每层都有新风机房，在地下室设一个独立的制冷机房。系统采用冬夏两用两管制系统。在夏季，冷水机组制冷，冷冻水被送入空调房间的各个风机盘管及空气处理机组，以降低房间室内温度，冷水机组的出水温度7℃、回水温度12℃；冬季则利用换热器与锅炉95℃/70℃的热水换热，制得冬季用的空调热水，通过管道送入房间的风机盘管，出水温度60℃，回水温度45℃。冷却塔提供30℃/35℃的冷却水。 关键词：新风系统，一次回风系统，风机盘管，空气处理机组，冷冻水，冷却水 CENTRAl AIR CONDITIONING DESIGN OFFICE BUILIDING ABSTRACT This design is a complex in Nanjing central air conditioning system design, the construction of underground layer, the ground.
