摘 要 两相混合式步进电动机具有成本低、驱动电路简单的优点,是大量应用于工业控制中的一种电机。随着近年来功率电子器件和高速微处理器的飞速发展,电机控制技术正朝着全数字化的方向发展。因此,本文对两相混合式步进电机的研究在全数字化方向有着十分重要的理论与现实意义。 本文首先介绍了步进电机系统的历史背景,并对步进电机驱动方式的发展状况进行简单阐述。针对传统步进电机内置细分策略,本文设计了一种独特的低速高内置细分、高速低细分的控制策略。外部细分数定为1000,内部实际运行的是50000细分;中速时,由DSP自动跳过其无法计算到的细分点;高速时,让步进电机运行在整步状态下,使步进电机高速有较快的响应,并有较大的动态转矩。 硬件方面,本文介绍了基于DSP的两相混合式步进电机驱动器的详细设计方案。本系统采用德州仪器出品的TMS320F28035型号DSP作为核心控制器件,根据主电路和控制芯片TMS320F28035的特点分别设计了DSP的资源与外围电路、H桥拓扑结构和驱动电路、隔离电路、电流反馈电路、过压欠压和过流保护电路,完成整套DSP控制平台的搭建。 软件方面,着重对开环细分控制的系统软件进行设计。其中包括数字PID算法设计、产生PWM程序、电流采样程序、内置细分程序等。 最后对两相混合式步进电机驱动系统进行了测试分析,实验结果表明内置细分控制方法可行,并相比于传统细分控制方法其具有更高的精度、更大的动态转矩、更快的响应速度。 关键词:步进电机,DSP,内置细分,PID算法 Abstract Two phase hybrid stepping motor is a kind of motor which is widely used in the industrial control. The two phase hybrid stepping motor costs low and has the advantages of simple circuit of the drive. With the rapid development of microprocessor and power electronics, motor control technology is moving towards fully digital direction. Therefore, there is a very important practical significance for digital research of two phase hybrid stepping motor driver. This paper first introduces the historical background of step motor system, and the stepping motor driving development mode are briefly described. In view of the traditional stepper motor built-in segmentation strategy, control strategy is designed a unique built-in high speed and low speed and high subdivision, subdivision.
