斗轮堆取料机的PLC控制系统设计
摘要
斗轮堆取料机是现代化工业大宗散状物料连续装卸的高效设备,目前已经广泛应用于港口、码头、冶金、水泥、钢铁厂、焦化厂、储煤厂、发电厂等散料存储料场的堆取作业。随着社会发展,料场的吞吐量越来越高,斗轮堆取料机是料场工作运行的核心机械,斗轮堆取料机的生产力决定了料场的工作效率,因此有必要提高斗轮堆取料机工作效率。PLC集成控制技术发展迅速,应用于斗轮堆取料机能够大大提高工作效率,减少劳动成本。本设计对斗轮堆取料机的PLC控制系统进行了详细研究。应用PLC控制完成斗轮堆取料机的堆料取料等工作过程,设计程序包含了应有的限制保护等,简单安全。
首先,讨论了斗轮堆取料机的工作流程,并选择最优堆取料工艺。然后选择适当PLC型号。了解斗轮堆取料机各部分动作原理,并给出了控制方案。为后面设计PLC控制程序打下了基础。经过系统分析设计要求,设计开发了斗轮堆取料机的PLC控制系统。该系统具有较好的稳定性、可靠性。

A PLC CONTROL SYSTEM DESIGN OF STACKER-RECLAIMERS
Abstract
Stacker-reclaimer is the efficient equipment of modern industrial for loading and unloading bulk disperses the shape material.At present it has been used widely in port and dock, metallurgy, cement, steel mills, coking plant, store yard, power plants and bulk material storage yard. With the development of society, throughput of yard becomes more and more higher. Stacker-reclaimer is the core of the operational concepts of machinery. The productivity of stacker-reclaimer determines the yard work efficiency. So it is necessary to improve the stacker-reclaimer work efficiency. PLC integration control technology is developing rapidly. In the application of stacker-reclaimer can greatly improve the work efficiency, and reduce labour cost. This issue makes a brief survey about PLC controlling system of stacker-reclaimer. PLC controlling helps finish feeding, material taking and some other process of stacker-reclaimer. The designing programs include the necessary limit, easy and safe.
First, it refers to the working process of stacker-reclaimer, and determines the perfect working process of feeding and material taking. Then I choose the appropriate PLC type.
