COMMENTARY TO AG:PT/T101 – METHOD OF SAMPLINGPOLYMER MODIFIED BINDERS, POLYMERS AND CRUMBRUBBERAG:PT/T101:改性沥青,聚合物橡胶粒的取样方法PREFACE前言This modified binder test method was prepared by the Bituminous Surfacing ResearchReview Group on behalf of Austroads. Representatives of Austroads, ARRB Group andIndustry through theAustralian Asphalt Pavement Association (AAPA) have been involved inthe development and review of this test method.本改性沥青检测方法是由BSRRG以Austroads名义撰写的。Austroads的代表,ARRB行业研究小组通过AAPA已经从事开发和审核本检测方法。FOREWORD序Specification limits for polymer modified binders (PMBs) have been set on the basis of arepresentative sample taken at the point of delivery for use and reheated to enable testing inaccordance with the test methods set out by Austroads. The adoption of a uniform andpractical sampling method will ensure consistent and reliably representative samples areobtained.改性沥青的规格界限已经在交付点取得代表性样品为使用和再加热以便按Austroads给出的检测方法去测试建立了基础。采用统一和实用的取样方法将确保获得一致可靠的代表性样品。SCOPE范围This test method applies to polymer modified binders, polymers and crumb rubber.Materials are sampled according to this protocol to ensure that correct sampling proceduresare followed and that test results provide the required information on consignment quality. The purpose of sampling is to enable subsequent testing to:本检测方法使用与改性沥青,聚合物橡胶粒。依照本草案取样以确保遵守正确的取样程序并且测试结果在委托质量上提供需要的信息。取样的目的使在随后的测试中可以:a. Represent, as nearly as practicable, an average of a consignment or batch, or代表,一个委托或一个批次的平均值,尽量接近实际,或b. Detect any variation within a consignment or batch.在一个委托或一个批次中发现变化。Further DevelopmentThere are no further plans for the development of this test method.METHOD OF SAMPLING POLYMER MODIFIED BINDERS,POLYMERS AND CRUMB RUBBER改性沥青和聚合物橡胶粒的取样方法1 REFERENCED DOCUMENTS参考文件The following documents are referred to in this method:本方法涉及下面的文献AUSTROADSAG:PT/T102 Protocol for handling polymer modified binders in the laboratory.AUSTROADSAG:PT/T102 实验室处理改性沥青草案.2 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS安全防范Strict precautions shall be taken to avoid injury or fire
