摘 要:对不同耐盐性植物厚叶石斑木(Raphiolepisumbellata)、桑(Morusalba)和月季(Rosa
chinensis)在盐胁迫下的新梢、新根生长量等形态指标,以及Na+、K+,Na+/K+,游离脯氛酸、叶绿素含
量、光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率等生理指标的比较研究表明:盐对3种植物生长的影响随浓度的升高
和胁迫时间的延长而增加;Na+,K+等无机离子是厚叶石斑木主要的渗透调节物质,而在桑和月季中则
为游离脯氛酸;叶绿素含量、光合速率等生理指标随盐浓度升高先升后降,变化幅度:月季桑厚叶石
斑木;;3种植物耐盐能力由强至弱依次为厚叶石斑木、桑和月季.
