网络环境下的企业自主创新能力研究(：权力依赖关系的视角 张首魁1，2 党兴华2 （1.陕西省行政学院 经济研究所，西安 710068； 2. 西安理工大学 管理学院，西安 710054） ( 摘 要：对企业自主创新的内涵理解，学术界目前尚存在较大的争议。在全球化视野的网络环境下，企业的自主创新活动具有新的特征与内涵。从自主创新及“自主性”的涵义出发，网络环境下的自主创新能力应该从企业技术创新活动及其结果所形成的，与外部组织间在技术场域的权力依赖关系来理解。并在此基础上，提出了从权力依赖关系研究自主创新能力提升的政策建议。 关键词：网络环境；自主创新能力；技术创新；权力依赖关系；组织间关系 中图分类号：F124.3 文献标识码：A Research on the Ability of Independent Innovation Under Network Environment: The New Perspective of Power-dependence Relationships ZHANG Shoukui1,2 DANG Xinghua1 (1. Under the globalization network environment, enterprises technology innovation has new features and content. Based on exploring the meaning of independent innovation, this research believes that, under the network environment the ability of independent innovation should be understood from enterprise technology innovation activities and the results，and which lead the power-dependence relationships with external organizations. And then, the paper proposed policy suggestions of upgrading the ability of independent innovation from the power-dependence relationships.
