There are 16 binary arithmetic operations and 16 logical operations (see table a and table b) of two 4-bit words. High speed arithmetic operations can be accomplished when using the circuit with 74182, 74S182 or 74HC182. If the circuits name is shown in the foot table, it is compatible with high or effective low data. The circuit can also be used as A comparator, and A = B is the collectors path.
