摘要：

Abstract:

Pancreaticcancerisamalignanttumorwithpoortreatmenteffectandmanypatientsaredifficulttocure.Gemcitabineisacommonlyusedchemotherapydrug,butitsefficacyisnotsatisfactory.Thisstudyaimstoexploretheenhanceeffectofcelastrolontheanti-pancreaticcancereffectofgemcitabineanditsmechanism.

ResearchMethods:

Cellexperimentsandmousexenograftmodelwereusedtoinvestigatetheeffectofcelastrolonthetreatmentofpancreaticcancerwithgemcitabine.CellexperimentsincludedMTTassay,flowcytometryandWesternblotanalysis,etc.Thexenograftmodelinmicewasusedtoverifytheenhancementeffectofcelastrolongemcitabineinvivo.

Researchsignificance:

Theresultsofthisstudywillhelptounderstandthemechanismofcelastrolinthetreatmentofpancreaticcancerwithgemcitabine,andprovidenewideasandmethodsforthetreatmentofthisdisease.
