基于CAE的手机外壳注射成型模拟分析
摘 要
本文采用Pro/Engineer(ro/E)进行手机外壳的computer-aided design(CAD)三维造型,利用Moldflow Plastic Insight(MPI)软件对其()-丁二烯,苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)在熔料温度、保压压力、冷却时间三个因素三水平下成型手机外壳,比较了不同工艺参数对翘曲变形量的影响程度,得到了优化的工艺参数组合。
经过优化后的进浇位置和工艺参数方案,使得产品的翘曲变形量从0.2321mm降到0.1761mm;注塑冷却时间由20 s降到了15s;气泡问题也有了明显的改善。这对于提高塑件制品质量、缩短生产周期、提高模具设计水平等都具有重要的指导意义。

ABSTRACT
In this paper, Pro / Engineer (Pro / E) for mobile phone shell computer-aided design (CAD) three-dimensional modeling, and the use of Moldflow Plastic Insight (MPI) software to analyze their simulation of the injection molding process, including filling, flow, pressure, cooling and other aspects, access to the best gate location, location of weld lines, air traps, flow time, pressure and temperature distribution of accurate information.
