基于计算机并口气动打标机控制系统设计.doc

摘要 在机械成品和半成品加工过程中，往往需要在自己的产品中加入各种特殊标记。过去，大多靠手工在产品上建立各种字符、图形等。采用人工方式速度慢，图案单调，在复杂的环境下难以进行，不利于现代化操作流程。随着计算机技术、自动控制技术、传动技术及CAD技术的发展，标记设备采用自动控制方式已成为主流。气动打标机是一种广泛应用于汽车、摩托车、机械、航空等领域中的重要辅助工具，能够对产品的生产、使用等过程进行有效的管理和识别。目前，国外气动打标机技术较为成熟，但价格昂贵，国内气动打标机系统抗干扰性不强，精度容易丢失，操作不便。因此，研制一种经济适用、运行可靠、操作方便的气动打标机控制系统，既具有一定的理论意义，又具有较大的实用价值。 气动打标机是利用压缩空气使一个气阀控制打印头上下振动，在工件上打下标记。气动打标机的运动控制器经历了硬件数控(NC)和计算机数控(CNC)两个发展阶段，90年代以来，随着计算机技术的飞速发展，性价比不断提高，基于计算机的数控系统己成为控制系统发展的主流。本文所设计的气动打标机控制系统就是由计算机并口来控制步进电机，带动二维工作台在平面内做运动，将达标头固定在二维工作台上，通过气动系统做高频振动。 本文所完成的主要工作如下: (1) 系统控制方案设计。 (2) 步进电机驱动电路的研究。 (3)硬件系统设计。 (4)软件系统流程图设计。 关键词：标记打印；计算机并口；步进电机；插补运算 ABSTRACT In the mechanical processing of finished and semi-finished products, they often requires a variety of their products by adding a special tag. In the past, most of the products by hand to create a variety of characters, graphics and so on. The artificial method is slow, monotonic pattern, in a complex environment is difficult, operation process is not conducive to modern. With computer technology, automatic control technology, transmission technology and CAD, marking equipment has become a mainstream use of automatic control mode. Pneumatic marker is an important assistant tool widely used in the fields of auto, motor, machine and aero industry, and it can make products be effectively managed and identified in manufacturing and utilization. At present, foreign pneumatic marker technology is more mature, but very expensive, while the domestic pneumatic marker system is not strong, easy to lose accuracy and operation inconvenience. Therefore, developing a pneumatic marker control system that is affordable, reliable and easy to operate has some theoretical significance and more practical value.
