水玻璃旧砂热湿法干法联合再生工艺及装备

摘要 为了旧砂再生回用,采用热湿法再生和常温干法再生联合工艺再
生水玻璃旧砂。建成试验生产线。生产实践表明 再生砂的Na O 残留量可控制

在 0。05%-0。10%,可作新砂使用。再生 1 吨旧砂,耗水量在 150-200Kg。
旧砂再生过程,可以回收水玻璃、焦砂和铬铁矿砂。没有污泥污水的排放,
也没有含碱性的砂渣排放,可以达到旧砂再生环保要求。

Abstract: In order to reclaim and regenerate used sodium silicate-bonded sand, the process of hot
water reclamation and dry reclamation is adopted, and a pilot production line is built . The
production practice shows that the used sodium silicate-bonded sand can be used as the new sand
if Na O content of reclaimed sand is controlled in the range of 0.05wt %~0.10wt %. The water

consumption for reclamation of 1 ton used sand is 150~200kg. During the reclamation process of
the used sand, ester silicate, burned sand and ferrochromium mineral can be regenerated without
the discharge of muddy water and alkaline sand slag, which can meet environmental protection
requirements for reclamation of the used sodium silicate-bonded sand.

使用水玻璃作粘结剂的型芯砂生产铸钢件、铸铁件,由于混砂、紧实、硬
化、脱模简易,具有成本低廉、无毒无臭的特点,是公认的最不影响人体健康
的铸造方法,受到铸造工作者的欢迎。水玻璃砂溃散性差和旧砂再生困难两大
问题严重阻碍了其发展。经过多年的努力,通过改性水玻璃、有机脂硬化、真空
二氧化碳硬化等工艺的实施,水玻璃砂残留强度高和清砂难的问题已得到比较
