本科学生毕业论文 院名称: 材料与化学工程院 专业班级: 材料科学与工程 班 学生姓名: 指导教师: 职 称: 黑 龙 江 工 程 学 院二○一年六月 The Graduation Thesis for Bachelors Degree Annealing Process Effect on Microstructure and Properties of 3003 Aluminum Alloy Candidate:Specialty:Materials science and Engineering Class:Supervisor: Heilongjiang Institute of Technology 2013-06·Harbin 摘要 3003铝合金多用于加工成形性能好的零部件,针对其冲压质量不良,关键性指标制耳率和表面晶粒度难以满足深冲的要求,从改善其退火工艺入手,采用光学金相显微镜、扫描电镜和力学性能测试等现代分析与观测手段,较系统、深入地研究了退火温度和保温时间对3003合金铝板的显微组织与力学性能的影响规律。结合铸轧卷坯生产时,中间退火工艺对成品退火工艺及成品退火后材料力学性能的影响,提出试验条件下的最佳热处理工艺,为批量生产提供工艺参数。试验采用的3003铝合金板的再结晶开始温度为360℃左右,在该温度退火,铝板的力学性能发生显著的变化;完全再结晶温度为420℃左右。 3003合金铝板在同一温度下退火,随保温时间的延长,晶粒有长大的趋势。3003合金铝板经退火处理后,铝板沿轧制方向的抗拉强度和屈服强度最高,伸长率最低;垂直轧制方向的抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率次之:与轧制方向成450的抗拉强度和屈服强度最低,伸长率最高。 关键词: ;;;显微组织;力学性能 ABSTRACT Aluminum materials have an extensive application resulting from their super Performances,and the requirement for quality and properties of which to meet the demands of social development.Aluminum alloy 3003 which was studied in this paper is usually used to produce components of good processability.For its shortage of bad process quality of stamping and earing ratio as the key indexes which are difficult to fulfill their requirements of deep drawing,the microstructure and mechanical behavior of Aluminum alloy at different annealing temperatures and insulation time were examined by optical electron metalloscope,scannmg electron microscopy and mechanical property tester.And the optimal parameters of heat treatment process for batch production were obtained associated with the influence of intemediate annealing on mechanical behavior after final_annealing process. The recrystallization temperature of 3003 aluminum alloy sheet is nearly 360℃ and mechanical behavior changes greatly at this temperature. The complete recrystallization temperature is about 420℃.Grain growth in 3003 aluminum alloy sheet is observed as the holding time increasing after annealing treatment at the same
