At present, students’entrepreneurship has become a hot topic. In this paper, I will analyze the advantages and disadvantages of current several major commercial models, in order to guide the student to choose the right business models. And my major statement is the restraint factors in the selection process of students’ entrepreneurship, like the thought, the background, thecapacity, the finance, the finance, the region and so on. How to solve the se problem? The answer will be given next. I had put forward some methods to resolve it, such as the orientation of pubick opinion, the education in entrepreneurship, the development of higher education, the policy consideration and the financial channels etc. Do pioneeringwork on one’s own has become one of the main forms of student employment.
