2.MarketDevelopment:Thepartiesshallworktogethertodevelopnewmarketsandexpandtheirexistingmarkets.Thismayincludemarketresearch,productlaunches,andothermarketingactivities.Thepartiesshallsharetheirrespectivemarketknowledgeandresourcestoachievemutualsuccess.
