摘 要
随着近年来家用车辆的激增,对发动机测试设备的需求量越来越大,要求越来越高,使国产发动机测试设备企业也得到了较快的发展。但与国外先进水平比,设备的性能、精度和质量水平还较低,成套设备配套使用的可靠性较差,难以商品化,无法满足汽车发动机行业发展的需要,因此研发一套成熟的系统是十分必要的。动力性指标是表征发动机做功能力大小的指标,一般用发动机的有效转矩、有效功率、发动机转速等作为评价指标。The Design Of Internal Combustion Engine Test System
Abstract
With the surge in vehicles, the test of enginee is great needed with its level of standards growing, as a result, the test equipment manufacturer in country developed obviously. With international test equipment manufactuing , our national’s quality is not comparable as production’s stabilization hasn’t reach the commercial standard turns out to not an optional of industry. To be a alteration, matured both in stabilization and commercial is essential. The index of combustion engine is Round Per Minute(RPM) and torrance.
This article is about the design of combust engine test system. From the supporting system, the joining system, according to the actual requirements to calculate the final draw to meet the test requirements of engine. As the most of parts are standardlization, further more, the un-standardlization parts are made by plant steel or iron, the price of this test equipment been reduced obviously. The extendable of this system is outstanding, after alter four parts only and quick adjustment it became another kind of test system.
