膜生物反应器技术在化工污水处理中的应用

摘要：化工产业在推动经济发展的同时，也带来了环境问题，尤其是污水处理问题。膜生物反应器技术结合了膜分离技

术和生物处理技术，能有效处理含有复杂有机物和有害物质的工业废水。膜生物反应器技术通过生物反应器降解有机

污染物，膜组件则分离出清洁水和污泥，有效提高了处理效率和水质标准。文章探讨了膜生物反应器技术在化工污水处

理中的应用，包括工艺流程设计、关键技术参数(如生物反应器中的微生物种群和污泥浓度、水力停留时间的调控)，并

对膜生物反应器技术的优化方向和未来发展进行了展望。

Abstract:Whilethechemicalindustrypromoteseconomicdevelopment,italsobringsenvironmentalproblems,especially

sewagetreatmentproblems.Membranebioreactortechnologycombinesmembraneseparationtechnologyandbiologicaltreatment

technology,whichcaneffectivelytreatindustrialwastewatercontainingcomplexorganicandharmfulsubstances.Membrane

bioreactortechnologydegradesorganicpollutantsthroughbioreactors,andmembranecomponentsseparatecleanwaterandsludge,

effectivelyimprovingtreatmenteff iciencyandwaterqualitystandards.Thispaperdiscussestheapplicationofmembranebioreactor

technologyinchemicalwastewatertreatment,includingprocessdesign,keytechnicalparameters(suchasmicrobialpopulationand

sludgeconcentrationinbioreactor,hydraulicresidencetimeregulation),andtheoptimizationdirectionandfuturedevelopmentof

membranebioreactortechnologyareprospected.
