挤出成型方法广泛应用于管材、棒材、异型材、中空制品以及单丝等产品的生产。挤出机同时还可以对塑料进行混合、塑化、脱水、造粒、和喂料等准备工序或半成品加工。因此挤出成型已成为最普遍的塑料成形加工方法之一。挤出成型是在挤出机中通过加热、加压而使物料以流动状态连续通过口模成型的方法,是一种技术要求较高的成型方法。挤出模的设计要求设计者对塑料特性的完全掌握和对挤出模具设计具有的丰富经验。双螺杆挤出机做为应用范围比较广泛的挤出机,而在设计过程中,实际遇到的问题很复杂,由于塑料的种类不同,它们的剪切速度、表面粘度不同,以及润滑剂、填充剂由于种类和配量的不同,其流动性也不同。故挤出模的结构设计仍以实际经验为主,多数采用最终试模的方式确定其形状。本设计中主要设计的是挤出模中各零件的工作面尺寸、外形尺寸、整体结构形式,由于塑料材质特性对于挤出模的要求非常的高,所以进行了主要零件的加工制造工艺的设计,还进行了机头和挤出主机的连接方式的设计。

ABSTRACT
Extrusion molding method is widely used in pipe, bar, profile, wire and other insulating products and single products. Extruder can also be used in mixing plastic, plastics, dehydration, granulation, and the feed preparation process or processing semi-finished products .Therefore, extrusion becomes one of the most popular plastic forming methods. Extrusion is a method that in an extruder by heating and pressing leaving a continuous state of the material to flow through die molding, and it is a forming method of high technical requirements. Extrusion die design requires the designer has a complete control of the plastic properties and rich experiences in Extrusion die design. As the extruder that has the most extensive range of applications, single screw extruder actually is faced with complex problems in the design process. Because of different types of plastics, shear rate and the surface of viscosity are different. The mobility of lubrication agents and fillers are different due to different categories and allocation. Therefore, the design of extrusion die is still based on practical experience.Mostly the way of the ultimate test mode is used to determine the shape. This design mai
